Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests take up to 14 working days to be completed after confirmation.

  • We process refunds as quickly as possible while ensuring all quality and verification checks are met.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Alternatively, at the customer’s request, a voucher or coupon code of equivalent value can be issued for future purchases.

  • Refunds are allowed within 14 days from the date of order.

Refund Conditions

  1. Order Not Shipped Yet

    • If the order has not yet been shipped, the refund will be processed immediately.

  2. Order Already Shipped

    • If the order has been shipped, our Customer Care team will contact the shipping company to cancel the delivery.

    • Refund will be processed only after confirmation of cancellation from the shipping company.

  3. Product Condition

    • Refunds can only be requested for products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Perfumes that have been opened or used may not qualify for a full refund but can be exchanged or offered store credit, depending on the situation.

  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed according to the conditions above.

  • Any delays in the refund process due to courier issues or banking procedures are beyond our control but will be communicated promptly.
