Exchange and Return Policy – Varien
At Varien, we take pride in creating exquisite fragrances that delight our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoy crafting it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with exchanges or returns.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Items bought online via Varien.pk must be returned via our customer support.

Items purchased through third-party websites are not under our responsibility.

Unopened items: You may request an exchange or refund for items of the same price within 14 days from delivery. Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer.

Opened items with confirmed quality issues or incorrect items shipped by us: Eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days. Shipping charges will be borne by Varien.

Order cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
Incorrect Delivery

If we deliver the wrong product by mistake, Varien will exchange it free of charge.

If the wrong item was ordered by the customer, exchange will require additional shipping charges (for both collection and delivery).
Condition of Products

All returns or exchanges must be in original packaging.

The product must not be damaged or tampered with, except in cases of verified quality issues.
IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items bought from a Varien boutique or store can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if unopened and sealed.

Special products (such as Oud or Loose Oils) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items purchased on special offers or discounts will be exchanged at full price, not discounted price.

Exchanges for products with verified quality issues will be replaced with the same product.

Invoices must be presented at the time of exchange or refund.

Items on sale will be exchanged for the same product only. Gifts or samples will not be exchanged or refunded.

All customer queries regarding exchanges or returns will be responded to within 48 working hours.
